THE BURROW

KAKU is timer-based highly functional workout. It is designed for the group class to work together and be synchronized in movement. You’ll jump, plank and even dance!
You will be exploring a wide range of exercises using your bodyweight and different kinds of equipment.
It’s our tradition to KAKU on every first Monday of the month!
