One of the best ways to start your day right is with a set of push-ups.
This January, we’re going all out in order for this goal! Time to put ourselves first and there’s no better way than winning over yourself . Push ups are one the greatest fitness exercises ever made; that why throughout next weeks you’ll find me performing at least 200 reps each morning training session – Sunday to Thursday .
